I OWNED 2 INTERNATIONAL 24' BOX VANS THAT WE USED FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES.I THOUGHTTHAT THE INTERNATIONALS NEEDED TO MUCH SERVICE FOR THE AMOUNT WE USED THEM AND DECIDED TO PURCHASE A KENWORTH T 300 TO REPLACE THE OLDER INTERNATIONAL. THE T 300 HAS TO BE WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST VEHICLE I HAVE EVRE OWNED. WITH 140,000 MILES I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 20,000.00 DOLLARS ON MAINTAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. Our company has a 2012 T800 Kenworth tri-drive. The clutch failed on Wednesday Aug 17 and we made an appointment at 10am to get the clutch replaced. We were quoted on a 10 to 12 hour job. It is now Aug 18th at 7:30 pm and we are still waiting for this truck. We have phoned a couple of times to see if the job is finished and the last time my husband was ask " do you need the truck tomorrow?" Well of course we need the truck. This has now cost us...

Kenworth Truck Company - Buyer Beware: New England Kenworth, Concord, NH.
About another $8,000 later of coolant related issues, the truck didn't start or run. So, I had the truck towed from this dealership to another service repair shop to fix the engine to start and run again. Its indicated by Cummins Corporate Paralegal report, that during when the coolant lines was repaired. "...the dealer did not follow proper procedure for evacuating the air from the cooling system..." which caused the additional engine damage....
